Event Vision Executives provides professional event planning, coordination, and consulting services.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide accurate information about event requirements
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Communicate changes promptly
• Respect venue and vendor policies

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to secure services
• Final payment due 30 days before event
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds subject to cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 90+ days: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 60-89 days: 75% refund
• 30-59 days: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund

LIABILITY:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for acts of third-party vendors or force majeure events.

MODIFICATIONS:
